Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time brand strategist or copywriter?

Great question! Firstly, the hiring process can take a long time. Secondly, finding someone with the skills to produce quality work is very difficult and usually will cost you in the six figure range, that is, if you even find one available. Finally, you might not always have enough work to justify keeping them busy full-time.

With the fixed rate subscription, you get the same access to high quality talent without all that hassle. And if you don’t have enough work, you can always pause and resume the subscription as you need it.

Is there a limit to how many jobs I can request?

Once you subscribe, you can add as many jobs as you like to your queue. Jobs will be delivered one by one.

How many revisions can I get?

Unlike with freelancers and agencies, ButterPhi offers unlimited revisions. The job isn’t done until you’re happy.

How are the jobs delivered?

Most jobs are delivered via Google Doc. Once you’re happy with it, ownership of the doc will be transferred to you.

How fast will I receive the work?

On average, most jobs are completed in just two business days or less. However, more complex requests may take longer.

How do I request jobs?

ButterPhi offers loads of flexibility in how you request jobs using Trello. A written brief is always great, and many clients request jobs directly in Trello by sharing Google docs or links to other files. Some clients are more verbal and share voice recordings. Basically, anything that you can drop into Trello can act as a request. If it’s not enough information, we’ll ask for more specific details ;)

Finally, if you’ve got an idea and don’t know how to express it, we can send you a form with prompting questions to get you going.

What if I only have a single request?

That’s fine. You can pause your subscription when the job is delivered and resume it when you have more work.

How does the pause feature work?

We understand you may not have enough work to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. That’s when pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on a 30-day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 20 days, and then you decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.

What if I don't like the results?

No worries! We’ll continue to revise the work until you’re happy.

Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?

Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
